  This is Voodoom, the latest experimental Pokémon from the Create-A-Pokémon project! It is a Fighting/Dark Pokémon that was designed to be a special attacking teammate in an offensive team core. It was built over the past two months in the CAP subforum, by hundreds of members of the Smogon community making thousands of posts, votes, and submissions. We just began playtesting Voodoom in real battles on the CAP Shoddy Battle server. During playtesting, all other CAP Pokémon have been removed from the ladder so we can test Voodoom in isolation with standard OU Pokémon. If you like trying new things, and are intrigued by the prospect of using a new competitive Pokémon in OU battles, connect to the CAP Server and give Voodoom a try! Congratulations to Ray Rizzo (bluecookies) for winning the Pokémon World Championship! User bluecookies lost the first round, but came back for the last two rounds to defeat Japanese player Yasuki Tochigi--securing his place as the first American to win Worlds.
