DescriptionDeals damage. In a double or triple battle, this move will hit all opposing Pokemon adjacent to the user. If it hits multiple Pokemon in this way, its Base Power is reduced to 75% of its usual power. Attacks on multiple Pokemon are considered separate attacks, so the move may hit one Pokemon but fail to hit another. It is a sound-based attack, so does not affect Pokemon with the ability Soundproof. Competitive UsePowerful, accurate, and reliable, Hyper Voice is an excellent move. Unfortunately, the number of special Normal-type attackers is quite low, and Normal is a mediocre attacking type. For these reasons, Hyper Voice is rarely used.
