Milk Drink

Description

This move heals the user by 50% of its maximum HP. Outside of battle, it has an effect which allows you to heal the other members of your party. The user loses 20% of its maximum HP, and the target party member gains that much HP. It fails if the user is below 20% HP or the target is at full health.

Competitive Use

Miltank's signature move is quite useful, providing recovery for both offensive and defensive sets, and augmenting its notable bulk.
