Competitive UseRole Play is an incredibly gimmicky move without much use. When you look at the list of competitively viable Pokemon with Role Play, you realize that most of them have great abilities. The list of OU Pokemon with access to this move is Jirachi, Celebi, Magnezone, and Alakazam, all which have amazing abilities, and would never want to give that ability to the opponent.
