Description

Fails when used in Wi-Fi, simulator, and trainer battles. In-game, it enables the user to flee from wild Pokemon. It also has an in-game effect that enables the user to immediately travel back to the last Pokemon Center or other healing place visited. However, it has the same restrictions as Fly in that it can only be used outside.

Competitive Use

The only competitiveness this move sees is its constant rivalry with Splash as the most useless move in the game.
