Change your preferences here. UnburdenWhen a Pokémon with Unburden consumes or loses its item, Speed doubles. This applies to consuming a berry or losing an item through Knock Off, Thief or Covet. This does not count as a stat boost, cannot be Baton Passed, and is lost when the Unburden Pokémon switches out. Unburden does not activate if the Pokémon does not have an item to begin with, if a Pokemon without a held item gains Unburden, or if an item is lost via Fling or Natural Gift.
