Raises the power of Ground-type moves 20%. Pokémon with Multitype become Ground-type.

Overview

Please refer to the Arceus analysis for the recommended way to use the Earth Plate. Unless Item Clause is in play, Earth Plate is largely useless on anything other than Arceus.
