Fist Plate

Description

Raises the power of Fighting-type moves 20%. Pokémon with Multitype become Fighting-type.

Overview

Please refer to the Arceus analysis for the recommended way to use the Fist Plate. Unless Item Clause is in play, the Fist Plate is largely useless on anything other than Arceus. The Fist Plate could be used on some Fighting-types like Machamp and Hitmontop in lieu of items such as Choice Band and Life Orb if you wish. Similar to Expert Belt or Muscle Band, the First Plate could be used to bluff a Choice item.
