Corsola can use the usual "Water-type" set. Try to use its resistances with Recover to stay around (in NU, obviously), and attack with your moves. Hidden Power Grass is your best move against certain opposing Waters, but if you don't have that, Power Gem is your next step down. Mirror Coat is another good option with Recover, though Corsola's 314 HP isn't exactly ideal. Calm Mind is probably going to be really hard to pull off, but you can try it.

This set is potent as well, and might even work in the UU tier, as Corsola has a good movepool. Use your 378 Special Attack to hurt things as much as you can.

This is odd, but Hustle makes it work. As inviting as Stone Edge and Rock Blast might be, they'll hit very rarely with the Hustle accuracy drop, so just stick with Rock Slide. The last move is a filler.

Other Options

Confuse Ray and Barrier will extend Corsola's life a little. It gets Amnesia too, but Calm Mind is superior. Corsola learns Stealth Rock and is an okay user of the move. Earth Power is an option, but not many Pokémon make it worthwhile—Muk, Swalot, and other Corsola, mostly. Electabuzz too, if that's allowed.

EVs

Corsola is pathetically slow, so it should always maximize HP and the offensive stat it is using. A Modest or Adamant nature should be used in accordance with the set.

Opinion

It has bad typing, bad stats, but a good movepool. I don't know why Pokémon like this exist, but it's a decent NU contender.

Counters

Grass-type attacks will kill Corsola with ease. Corsola's weaknesses also include Earthquake, Thunderbolt (beware of Mirror Coat) and Focus Punch. As with all weak Pokémon, if Corsola can't hit you for super effective damage, you're probably a counter.
