As bad as Sing is, it's pretty much a requirement here. Your main hope is to Sing the opponent's counter or pseudohazer, set up, and then Baton Pass. Plusle does more damage with Thunderbolt, but Minun has more Special Defense, so it's easier to get in.

Minun has okay Special Defense, so you can use this if you're really brave. Seismic Toss is here because it may end up being the best you can do in some circumstances.

EVs

Minun needs to maximize its Speed to be able to pass its Nasty Plots quickly. Max out its Special Attack as well.

Opinion

Plusle and Minun are the best Nasty Plot passers in UU, so uh... yeah.

Counters

Any sort of physical attack will do lots of damage. Earthquake will be a slaughter. If you want specific counters: Whiscash, Quagsire, Gastrodon (without Hidden Power Grass); Grass-types (without HP Ice), Camerupt, Steelix, Hypno, and Grumpig can all take Minun's hits adequately. Optionally, just outspeed it and kill it, which should be easy for most Choice Scarf users.
