The encounter method found on my site is only a logical statement on how wild encounters work on those games: it is not intended to detail exactly how and in what order the game generates random numbers. In my opinion, the exact algorithm for random number generation is not relevant in describing a process like this.
Hi, may I ask you how did you calculate encounter slots for FR/LG?
Is it like in 4th gen? (first half of the PID of the previous frame converted to decimal and divided by 656?).
I'm looking at this post: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showpos...&postcount=339 but I don't know how to predict in which frame for example a chansey in the safari zone will pop out... assuming method4.
