Hey there. I know you had your reasons for leaving, and I won't dispute that. If you ever get the chance of reading this, I wanted to say thanks a lot for the friendship and all the great battles we had together. :] <3

Sounds good, I think all of my pokemon are set but I'll doubly make sure. I'll post the challenge.

Oh one more thing, don't forget to accept the Taking on the Programmer's Job quest over in the Isle of Lost Relics thread. Once we finish the raid, you can obtain Berry Harvesting which will serve you well for future raids. :]

After thinking a bit, I've decided to go with Plan A. Unorthodox? Yes, but if done right, we can finish the raid faster than everyone else and it'll give us good practice for Hard Move. If not, then at least we know not what to do next time. :P

    All right, some calcs:

    Without items:

    Infernape's Thunderpunch VS Battery: 8 BAP + 1.5 stats + 2 Iron Fist = 11.5 Damage per hit
    Blaziken's Thunderpunch VS Battery: 8 BAP + 3 stats = 11 damage per hit
    Gardevoir's Thunderbolt VS Battery: 10 BAP + 3 stats = 13 damage per hit
    Rotom-H's Thunderbolt VS Battery: 10 BAP + 3 STAB + 3 stats = 16 damage per hit
    Rotom-H's Discharge VS Battery: 8 BAP + 3 STAB + 3 stats = 14 damage per hit

With that being said, the amount of damage we can deal to the batteries in one action not counting items is:

    Infernape's Thunderpunch [11.5] + Blaziken's Thunderpunch [11] + Gardevoir's Thunderbolt [13] + Rotom-H's Thunderbolt [16] = 51.5 ~ 52 damage

Since each Battery has 75 HP, we can manage to take out one in one turn and deal heavy damage to the other one.

In any case, I recommend equipping Infernape with the Expert Belt (to deal as much damage to the Metagross trio and Pory2) and Rotom-H with the White Herb (this should allow Rotom-H to use Overheat a little bit longer without suffering from stat drops).

I'll be giving Blaziken the Expert Belt and Gardevoir the Light Clay. You're free to equip any Glyphs as you wish.

Recommended moves to get before the raid: Heat Wave, Sunny Day, Thunderpunch, any other powerful Fire/Electric/Fighting moves you feel comfortable using.

    If there's any questions, send them over my way. Sorry for taking so long for this; I can't believe I'm holding up the raid longer than necessary. ^^;

Yeah, and it's called Legacy of the Old Gods. It's the last quest on this page. However, we can't do it unless we play on Hard Mode and have the Exhalted status and I don't think either of us are ready for that just yet.

In any case, I appreciate your input. I'll think it over for a day or two and relay you back on our attack plan. Then we can stop delaying and get straight to the fun stuff. :3

And I swear i thought that there was a quest that involved beating central processing without causing metagross to fall below 90% of health or something.

Well, take into account the batteries, and consider the fact that we'll be fighting porygon and metagross at the same time.

I'm honestly fine with either to be honest. This is entirely up to you.

    Hahaha, it's all right. :P

As for the difference between killing the Metagross over Porygon2, there is none. Beating one will win us the raid. I wanted to go after Porygon2 because it'll have much less HP than Metagross which has a whopping 700 HP over Porygon2 which probably will have ~200-300 HP. Not to mention Porygon2 will be easier to exploit due to weaker defenses, less threatening movepool, etc.
