why can't you log on to ps!

It's going to have to be around 8:00-9:30 PM the only time I will be able to have Internet on a computer. And that is on generator power so I don't know if I will run out of gas if we play! Anyway I will attempt to, but it will be really difficult (no electricity for awhile)
