Well I never really thought about it like that but if you trust me enough to do so I would be happy to get it started!

My original suggestion was going to be that "one should make a team restricted to the confines of the BW1 metagame while laddering against those of the BW2 metagame". Another one included having to use 2 UU or below Pokemon on one team in combination with that other condition.
