Yeah, mine was deleted too but I was able to get most of it back. I found some of it on google cache and I discovered that I had also pm'd myself a copy of thread at some point.

I haven't even started BW abuse yet. I was never able to get the hang of IV abuse in DP. The only thing I ever learned was shininess. Needless to say I wasn't in a hurry to abuse in BW but I've heard that it's much easier to do so I'll try it soon.

Or you could help me with BW abuse (should be easy for you, I can abuse all methods of DPPT..) and I could give you as many as you want?
