Hey, sorry for the late response. I agree you might want to replace Salamence. Scarfed Garchomp seems like the best option. The Stealth Rock weakness that Salamence has, Garchomp doesn't. However for the Ice weakness, I think it might be necessary. Salamence has such good synergy with Lucario because of that. That's why Garchomp seems like it fits the bill. Good luck!
