Actually I hope that you succeed.
I think it would help if you had a good concept of what you want to accomplish in your group and you really focused on that.
What kind of activity do you want? spam games, analysis, battlieng, tading, spriting etc.?
It will probably haveto be something that you can personally put a lot of effort into. I think the success of a group hinges about 60-80% on the leaders efforts.
What are you good at that would keep people coming to your group?
RPGs maybe?
