Those were on other forums I frequent. I think I first heard mention of a "light type" in a long-since-forgotten Games thread at the CoasterForce forums (which mainly deals with rollercoasters). I seem to recall that someone mentioned it in the NinSheetMusic forums too. I don't think I knew about Smogon at all at that time.

So.. what D/P/P discussion threads did you find? The ones which appeared once the game was announced. I searched and couldn't find anything :(
