The accuracy for different attacks is averaged. Often, that makes the whole attack more reliable, yes.
Anyway, did you see my post? There was a slight error due to an obscure rule in Mado vs. KS. It... does have some potential reprecussions, though...

You square the accuracy. So, let's say you do it with a move of 90% accuracy. .9 x .8 = .81. 81% accurate.
