ah ok, only reason I didn't suggest Ferro was because of the spike in usage in Ho-Oh and Kyruem-W(At least Forry resists both STABs, Ferro doesn't enjoy Specs Ice Beam that much) And thanks, I will try out that format for future rates!
hey, I think your rate is pretty good and that you gave a lot of good suggestions (and well explained to the user) However, I think that the best way of fixing his problems would have been using Ferrothorn>Arceus (since you are including Giratina-O which is already enough to stop most Groudon).
Apart from that, good job, though you should probably try to sepaate the rate on shorter paragraphs because its more "clean" and easy to read that way. Oh, and for the spoilers resuming the suggestions at the end of the rate you could just use 2 (one with the changes and another one with the new sets) or something of the like since again its easier to read and etc

yeah I shouldnt do this stuff at 2 am lol Anyway,changing 3 pokemon of a team is generally not aceptable, and you should have probably looked at replacing Darkrai or Blaziken (honestly they werent doing much for him) instead
