I found a conversion chat for Eastern to GMT.

I am in the Eastern Time Zone, which one is GMT? Is it the same as the Eastern? Let's shoot for early Weds to select our teams, and Weds evening for the battle, if that works for you. So say select our teams at 5 PM Eastern, and battle at 6:30 PM Eastern. Let me know if that is okay with you, and if I have the timezone correct. You could also just let me know what city your located in and I can use a world clock website.

Tue 21, Wed 22, Thu 23 (maybe Mon 20 and Fri 24)- 5:00-8:30pm GMT
Sat 25- 2:00-2:45pm, 5:30-7:00pm
Sun 26- Not too sure about early afternoon, but 5:00-8:30pm GMT

Sure we can use IRC. I'm gonna read how were suppose to do the picks again, so I know what I'm doing lol. I have to take a trip for work and I will be leaving on Friday and returning on Monday, so we can make our picks and battle any time after that. Let me know what time's your are available and we can get sometime setup.
