If you are receiving this PM, it means that as a matchup, you and your opponent haven't left much of an idea on your match situation. We have no idea of your exact match situation since there is little VM contact between the two of you. If you have communicated via PM and settled/are deciding on a time, that is fine, but just make it clear to the hosts on your match situation by PM/VM/posting in thread. One player can vouch for both of the players' match situation, specifically when you are attempting to play, but if a player is unaccounted for with how they are trying to make a time to play, that player will be subbed out.
