I've already written it up (around a day or two after I VMed you for permission) but when I PMed Eo Ut Mortus to post it, he said he doubted Arbok's worthiness and wanted it to go through more testing. I never got another PM back though, so I don't know how the process is going. Maybe asking someone else will work better.
