i decided on latios for double dragon it's bulk and the fact it's a great dragon killer.

Yeah, Thundurus-T provides Special kill, Salamence provides late-game sweep with moxie, Jirachi, neh, best with Para.

thunderous, jirachi or salamence could do the job nicely as scarf users for the team, there is also latios and landerous
