Rapidash switched out (doesn't matter if it was forced to), so the taunt is gone.

Rapidash was taunted because of a Roll prior to reaching Lucy.

Muk was taunted, not Rapidash. And with the switch nobody is taunted anymore.

Also Dragon Tail doesn't automatically affect the taunt counter. It does affect at the end of the round as it forces a switch. And switches = no more taunt.

yup. I need to check the last one (there is a rule regarding Endure that it can't be used unless the pokemon has 15 energy), but the second wastes energy.

The following Endures will still waste energy, right?
