Btw, for the egg-locke you wanted to do, here's what you do: First, like, ASAP in the game, you trade all the eggs from your diamond onto SS. Then, with all the eggs in one box, proceed as if it's a normal nuzlocke. Then, if you capture any pokemon that you don't want to use (remember, it's permanent,) you switch the pokemon you want to store, and take out an egg.
ALSO, IMPORTANT: Don't have more than one egg at a time. This prevents you from using all your eggs right away, which is useful for a more elongated game.
