Item Clause isn't a part of Doubles, but it's always good to have a backup.

hey hope im not bothering, just wanted to ask, since i like to participate in some tournaments online and locallly, i think theres an item clause, what item would you suggest i give shiftry if i give the sash to volcarona then? do you think a life orb would be good?

You can run any set you wish honestly. The defensive slow set works well with the way my team is set up, but you can run Timid no problems.

Ah allright yeah i really like your set which is why i decided to use it :D do you think its better then a timid set i see most people run?

Well, I Originally had it as a slow Iron Ball user with enough bulk to not worry about random Earthquake users.
