Just get a Mibbit account, log in, go to chat, select server SynIRC, register your nick, add #capasb to your AJOIN, and you're good to go.

I get counters as usual and my opponent gets nothing.
Check the referee resource thread.

How am I supposed to ref that? Have I reffed a round? Do the refs get anything?
