oh wow that was a long time ago. I don't remember the specifics but I had 267 speed (outruns neutral Deoxys-A with Scarf), ~400 Special Attack, and rest in HP. Kyogre's immense raw power and base stats give it a lot of room to invest somewhere else.

Just out of curiosity, what is that Bulky ScarfOgre spread that you gave to TR EV'd to beat. It looks like those HP EVs are a magic number, I just can't figure out what for, lol.
