I think there was a PR thread on this matter a while back. Try finding a PR thread about Blind polling by Deck Knight.

Plus i think if you do polls in CAP the creator of the sprite or artwork should be hidden. I feel that a lot of people in this community have attachments to certain members and thus voting can be a bit biased. Of course one can still find out who did what piece of artwork by trawling through the thread but for all those voters who havent been paying attention like myself on numerous occasions i think this would definitely make the whole system fairer.
