Well does Squirts have enough energy to use Hydro Pump on two consecutive actions (not counting STAB)? If so, then the combo works and she faints from exhaustion. If not, then the combo fails and she faints from exhaustion.

EDIT: Upon checking, it appears Squirts would have enough energy to use Hydro Pump on two consecutive actions (not counting STAB), so the combo would work and she would faint.

What do you do if a mon doesn't have enough energy for a combo of the same move, but enough EN for a single use of the move (ie if Squirts uses a Hydro Pump + Hydro Pump combo)

Should we bother getting the Colloseum battle sub-reffed, or do you have all the info you need? :S
