I cam top 8 in both Birmingham and Paris.

just to ask, how well did u do in your division at nats?
-
VGC10 is quite an odd request, but i do have a team for it, (that is if you mean original VGC10 with no BW pokemon). I have the team in either my 4th gen games or 5th gen, or can battle on PO
-
do ya do vgc10?
i need a practice match for my new team
-
yeah, like i said, imprison chandelure is just a problem when i'm being thick
one simple change, cofagrigus's shadow ball to night shade
-
Actually just fought against a team that led with a TRing jellicent and a samurott, the aqua jet/surf and water spout from those two pokemon should easily be able to prevent an imprison chandelure, plus if you use surf you heal any damage dealt to jellicent. You then TR the next turn with jellicent, and problem solved, imprison chandelure no longer a problem.

thanks!
druddigon's worth a try, but i did, at one point, use whimsicott, but it wasn't pulling its weight round the team enough
ive solved the amoonguss problem thanks to bharmalm, with safeguard

The good thing about TR with team preview is that you get to see, or at least have a guess at what the opponent will try to stop you setting up with. About imprison chandelure, the best way to stop it, is either with a faster imprison chandelure :p, (though i am not sure how that will work on a TR team) or to use sucker punch, such as on druddigon, even then though you have to watch out for the sash. Another alternative, is to have a whimiscott, to taunt the chandelure before it imprisons, u could even trick room with whimiscott, (obviously the problem with whimscott is, that is it weak to fire). The thing with VGC11, there is no best strategy, there is a counter to every strategy, so just learn your weaknesses, and turn them into your strengths. With amoongus, the only thing i can think of is taunt, but them there is still the potential it is carrying mental herb, i don't think anything can ohko it. Or alternatively you could always try sporing it first :p

do ya think u could give me a bit of help?
i have a serious anti-tr amoonguss weakness (and imprison-tr chandelure but that's just me being thick)
any suggestions? it is a tr team i'm running
