Hey, DK, can you get on IRC soonish to talk about the new council size? The majority wants to increase the council size to 9, but with there technically being no council at the moment we've hit an impasse as for authority.

Now, A2, Ditto will be using Chill again. Does Cinccino's substitution reactivate here?

Hate to be the guy, but... you're missing a fair amount of XD Purification moves (Notably a large number of mons get Refresh, and I can't see them). You're also missing the 9 or so DW exclusive moves (Solrock's Morning Sun, Lunatone's Moonight, Mismagius's Inferno amongst others).

I can quickly compile a list for the DW exclusives, and the XD Purification list is here, so if you want to update these into the PCT OP I'd be grateful.

No. Anything decided in a CAP process is canonical and will not be removed. No one move is sufficiently broken to cause such problems, and the reversions process already peeled back CAP Movepools to a large degree.

I suppose we all knew the CAP Revisions would end in arguments. So, can I ask this:

Would you disregard canon in a small extent when revising the CAPs and hence editing Gen 4 Movepools to make the pokémon more balanced for ASB (Mainly removing things from the movepools)?
