Would it not be fair for the tutees of Round 63 to get a retutor, seeing that BW2 came out a few days after sessions. The old meta had already begun to disparce. Tutors were scrambling to learn themselves. In my opinion, this would be fair.

Will Round 63 sign ups start as scheduled or will there be a delay? Thanks.
