The tried and true 3 attack CM Mewtwo is probs the best. LO, max spa max speed, Timid, CM+Psystrike+Aura Sphere/Fireblast+Ice Beam/Shadowball (Fire Blast works reeaaally nicely on sun teams). It pairs well with stuff like Wob for scarfers and then something like Palkia or Ferro for Scarf Ogre. This was really done on the fly, I can tell you some more when I'm a little less busy :)

a) what is the best mewtwo set in your opinion
b) what are the best teammates for it
