I've tried hitting the right frame for this Registeel 4 times now, and the results are very inconsistent for some reason. At this point I have no idea whether I can actually hit that frame, simply because it takes so long for every try. However, I am completely 100% positive that I can get a Careful 30 / 31 / 30 / X / 29 / X spread if that's still ok.
I can still do the move tutor moves and everything, of course, but it's your decision.

I'll be getting my friend's Emerald cartridge tomorrow morning, so I'll be able to get started pretty quickly. The only problem now is hitting the right frame, but I should be able to within 15 tries or so (hopefully).

I think that the 30/30/31/*/31/* Sassy spread could be fine. That spread, plus the two tutors would still net you the 30 credits.

Waitting for just over twelve hours for the flawless one (imo) would be a tad bit insane.

I just looked a bit further in RNG Reporter and found a flawless spread; however, the time between resetting and clicking on Registeel is a bit over 12 hours...

I found a Sassy spread, 30 / 30 / 31 / X / 31 / X, that's hopefully good enough for you. It's the only spread I could find within 6 hours, since the seed is 0 every time you reset in Emerald.
The move tutor moves are no problem at all; I have quite a few battle points if I can remember. The only problem is finding someone with Emerald who hasn't caught Registeel yet. I'm positive I can get it within the month, but next Sunday I'm vacationing with no access to electricity for a week, so attempts will be limited.

Nope. No deadline. As long as you know you can get it for sure. Seismic Toss as a tutor move is a must. Body Slam would be a big plus, as well, but not absolutely necessary. I'll go ahead and post in my thread in my wants section that you are taking the project so no one else asks about doing it. If for some reason you find out you can't do it though, let me know so I can find someone else, but until then, it's your project.

I got the Registeel from my cartridge already, but I can probably borrow my friend's and get it from there. I'm not entirely sure how long it will take, but I can see. Do you have any specific deadline for it?

3rd Gen tutor moves: Seismic Toss / Body Slam

The tutor moves are what makes it important. Seismic Toss is the important one though. That would get you twenty credits, if you can also get it Body Slam, I will give you thirty credits in my thread.
