Ice Beam is only really useful against Salamence that is already countered by Swampert with Ice Beam and Scizor with Bullet Punch.

Thanks for the compliments. I'd appreciate it if you could reply to me directly on your RMT thread because it looks as if you ignored my rate. Instead of HP Electric, an excelent alternative to it would be Roar, to at least be able to counter Calm Mind Suicune that your team has problems with.

Thank you so much for the rating and critique, simply brilliant. I don't use HP moves or Legendaries on teams so I think I will use Vaporeon but swap HP Electric for Ice Beam, since his defensive bulk can take on most dragons and land at least one hit.
