Dies to a mildly weak Quick Attack. My point was that Arceus is the god over Garchomp due to higher everything-but-attack and being every type there is.

Huh...could've sworn Jynx had at least 105 Spe.

Garchomp has 7 base Speed points more than Jynx. Arceus is the god of Pokemon anyway.

Not convinced; even Jynx can outspeed and hit hard with STAB Ice.
