I'm glad you made me double-check your moves; Collosoil doesn't have Rock Slide (or Stone Edge, for that matter). That might be slightly important :P None of the others can learn Stone Edge, they all have Rock Slide, and I don't think there's any other super-important move we need, so teach Collosoil those two and we should be good to go!

I probably need to mention something that may affect my reffing. This Saturday I'll be traveling and as such my activity will probably drop for the next few weeks. Aside from Saturday and Sunday themselves though I'll probably be able to ref at least one match.

Just so you know, I'd be interested in reffing the next round.

Ah okay, thanks for clearing that up.

I was hoping to do that but I was told I couldn't, sorry :/

Hmm, do I get any extra counters for it being a tournament match? I thought I read that somewhere...
:/

Regular DQ rules apply for the battlers; MrL gets nothing, Arcanite gets whatever he would have gotten had the match finished (standard counters for all his mons plus whatever KOC he got). You get whatever you get according to the standard subreffing and DQ rules; unfortunately I'm not too sure how these work so you're probably better off asking Dogfish/Engineer/someone that refs a lot. You can claim your UC normally in the regular Prize Claim thread, the battlers will have to wait and see if their teams win or lose and claim accordingly.

Eh, just out of curiosity, how do the rewards work out for the cancelled match of Arcanite v. Mr. L?
And for that matter, where do I claim said prizes?
-
Yeah, he's not locking actions so much as declaring his intent to post later so it's OK. Should probably clarify that.

One question I had. Son of Shadoo has put down a placeholder post for his tournament match, and hasn't gotten to it in a few hours. However, he has the first ordering of the round. Am I correct in assuming he doesn't get a strike?
