MK he's reflecting special attacks now, not physical, so you should get Rhyperior to go all-out while he can, and have Dragonite use Fire Punch instead of Fire Blast.

EDIT: Actually with Helping Hand support Excadrill does ~100 damage on his own lol, just have Dragonite use Fire Punch A1 and that'll do it.
