no, all legal moves are in. It'll be alot better this way since the 1st gen pokemon get updated on attacks they needed from the beginning.

Another thing, I'm encouraging people to steer away from using 1st gen OU pokemon that are seen all the time so that the tournament can be different and fun. But if it's necessary that you need D-Nite or Gengar(etc) in your team, then do so anyways.

Do we have to use only 1st Gen legal movesets? And if yes, is the move Bite banned, since in 1st Gen it was a Normal type move, and was changed to a Dark type move in 2nd Gen. Just asking so I can arrange a team accordingly.
