I would bring Camerupt and Rampardos (once I get the EC/RC to evolve it and the DC/RC to give it Sheer Force) to Frozen Vault. Both would be holding a Watmel berry, as I haven't really bought enough items. If I wouldn't have enough for Rampardos, I'd use Krillowatt in that slot instead. (Same item, given I have Natural Gift on Krill.)

I would bring Krillowatt (follow me+Water STAB for Rain/Thunder abuse) and Rampardos (same conditions as for Frozen Vault) to Wildfire Plateau.

Can't really say I'm ready for Stormrage Depths. My Riolu is far from evolving (and Heal Pulse is amazing for raids but Riolu sadly doesn't get it,) and I could use Krill, but if it starts BEFORE Mountaineer officially receives its nerfing/alterations, then Syclant would be a viable choice.

For Frozen Vault, I'd bring Arcanine (With Heat Rock and Sunny day) and Lucario (Rock Slide/Stone Edge, Drain Punch, Ice Resist, Sky Uppercut)

For Stormrage Depths, Cyclohm (Rain Dance w/wet rock + General Awesomeness) and Starmie (STAB+Screens) probably.

For Wildfire Plateau, Cincinno (it will evolve and hare rock blast by then) and Cyclohm are probably my best bets.
I don't plan to get any new pokemon, so any you would like me to use are available.
