I personally like Adamant SD Rayquaza more for power and ExtremeSpeed to KO Palkia easily after SR. Arceus will outspeed Rayquaza anyway. Adamant helps Rayquaza OHKO Groudon at +2.

I think you should SCMS it! lol. It gives optimum bulk and you don't lose any KOes. Also it helps you survive Timid Scarf Kyogre Surf easily, Modest still does 89.6% - 105.5% :( or 2 Thunder from Scarf Palkia(if it tries to get lucky and 2HKO you in sun lol! You can usually survive Modest Scarf Dialga's Draco Meteor even after SR - 43.6% - 51.6%. +1 Flying Arceus Judgment does 43.4% - 51.3% so you can switch in on it easily, as with leftovers, Ho-Oh is never 2HKOed by +1 Judgment.

Ugh it's fun owning someone with Acupressure Tenta but I honestly don't think it is really good enough to merit a set in Ubers. Acupressure boosted my Defense and Tenta survived Groudon's Earthquake, which is awesome but that's the only time it worked lol.

248 HP / 176 Atk / 84 SpD is the best I think until someone finds a better spread :)

Yeah lmao I laughed so much at the Ho-Oh........ I just run 208 HP / 252 Atk / 48 Spe for maximum offense. Should I SCMS in your spread?

:P I approved Sunny Day Reshiram. I think tank Ho-Oh set needs a different spread. 192 HP / 240 Atk / 76 sucks. Make it 248 HP / 176 Atk / 84 SpD

You use Substitute without 401 HP ? Seriously that blows. Use 405 HP minimum for Sub Ho-Oh! Actually I will prefer 415 since it maximizes Ho-Oh's bulk and use a bit less Attack EVs for SpD EVs if you are using Leftovers :P
