I've banned him several times before for similar reasons, he ban evaded in each of those instances.

I get that he's your friend but one only pushes the envelope so many times. His shit is no longer tolerated, whether you agree with the ban or not. If you read the log you would have seen that SilentVerse would have banned him likewise had I not got there first so that's two higher authorities that no longer want his presence in the channel.
