I had to put them on a ROM sav using Pokesav and then trade them over to my retail game. Kaphotics has a link on the side bar of his site to Pokesav for gen 5.

I downloaded Kaphotics sav files, but don't know how to import them into my game. I definitely need to get some of them particularly the hasty & naive versions at least.

That's a good idea renaming the dittos by their natures. Did you pick up all of Kaphotics dittos? I managed to get them on my retail card today. Had to use a sav file first though, then trade them over. I imagine I will still need to catch specific dittos in English.
