Alright, I'll keep going on the seed I have though since it's the only shiny timid frame that requires around a minute in the rain (the other frames are ridiculously high even with the rain) and the only other shiny frame that's reasonably low is a modest frame and I don't wanna go for an ugly modest frame! >.<

Unfortunately, there's no way to stop them from always sticking to a frame... :(
Though at least on Thundurus, because it's less "sticky" on Tornadus.

If the seed disappoints you, just go find another one instead.

Hello Tsubame, do you know any way to stop roamer PID frames from "sticking"?
I keep landing on a Quirky Alert to Sounds frame that's 16 frames after my target. Would re-saving the game shake off any "stickyness"? I was so close (two frames short) before the "stickiness" happened. >.<

Yeah, I was using BABA's avatar as a one year anniversary and when I went to change it back, I lost the photo from Spore. >.<
