Alright, do you want it as an egg? Shiny eggs are crazy easy, I can even make the egg you hatch shiny (I'd need your ID/SID for that). My breeds have 31s in all stats that don't need other numbers (HPs or TR). Speaking of which, do you want a HP on it?

All I need is a Chimchar with these IV's or better... 31/31/x/x/x/31 Adamant nature. If you want to make it shiny that would be cool, but it really doesn't matter too much.
