I wouldn't worry about the start lag thing. Just let it run all the way through once and then it should be fine. I guess it must not clear a place for certain things the first time.

And that mulitple frames with the same sequence is what I was talking about with the false positives.

No I figured it out. Lol.

There were 5 adjacent seeds with the same flip sequence, and they were really sporadic. I only just now figured that out because I remembered when I RNG'd my ID's, my delay was even, and all the adjacent seeds had odd delays. Well, that and the fact that I actually hit my target delay whilst trying to figure out what was going on. xD
It went from like, a time that was 4 seconds too early to my target time and delay, so I figured it was adjacent seeds. xD

Also, that reminds me. Your timer, I tried to use it after failing to hit my delay with Pikatimer, and I noticed it lags when I click the start timer button. It doesn't start immediately. I'm not sure if it's my laptop or what. :x

I don't normally recommend using IVs, but in this case, I would just to see what that says...

Pikatimer always lands me 9 seconds early, and my target was 59 originally. :s
