The level 10 is the UT version. UT simply means it hasn't been EV trained. Rare candies or day care level ups don't count towards EV'ing. It's level 10 because I don't own an AR so the only way I can make sure I RNGed the IVs correctly is to use Metalkid's IV calculator and therefore have to level the Poke up to accurately check IVs. Hi, there. I was a contestent in your recent giveaway. I got the Level 10 one because I forgot to ask for the UT version, but it turns out the distributor (Jiovaine11) didn't have the UT version anyhow. I was wondering if I could get the UT version from you at some point? I won't clone the Level 10. That or could you give me permission to distribute a properly EVed version of this pokemon on my trade thread instead? Also, I was wondering why this poke was put at level 10? There are no EVs on it.
