A Salac Berry Magnezone (Magnezone has a mouth)?
Well, if you're going for that, Timid is probably bets. Personally (assuming Timid and max IV), I would do 28 HP, 228 Speed, max SpAtk.
Such a set would be Substitute, Charge Beam, Thunderbolt, Hidden Power (probably Ice). Flash Cannon works too.
Modest? I dunno. I suppose Leftovers with 228 HP, 100 Def, 84 SpAtk, 96 SpDef works. Discharge is an option.
But Modest nature I'd probably suggest Choice Specs (maybe Scarf), Metal Sound, or DualScreen. Magnezone usually enjoy Timid. Or you could try Magnet Rise (that Magnezone does have Magnet Pull, right?).

I can always go for broke and give Magnezone a Salac Berry, lol. Who knows. Switch in on the right attack, and suddenly speed isnt an issue. =P

As you may or may not know, Alakazam has been placed in UU not too long ago. This is likely because Alakazam is easily screwed by things such as Scizor. Many times, its attacks fail just short of nabbing the OHKOs like it should and its best set, Specs, is stopped cold by Pursuit, usually from Tyranitar.
Obviously, Magnezone's weak points are low Speed, shallow movepool, and Fight/Ground weakness.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have a Modest Magnezone I can try using in place of Alakazam, and if that doesnt work out, I can give Alakazam Trick and see how it fairs.

Empoleon is ok. 160 Def EVs can help take Outrages, if you want.
What everyone tried to say is there isn't much consistency. However, the types do complement each other somewhat. Also, the physical Weezing and special Empoleon do gel together. The problem is probably because it's sort of...messy. All the Pokemon work well together, just needs some cleaning up.
It's fine, but weak points are easily exploited. The biggest thing is that you could probably get dismantled by a BoltBeam. Zapdos, Rotom, Gengar. This also includes an opposing Weezing with Will-O-Wisp, Fire, and Electric. Porygon2 or Z, possible thorns.
Changes? Magnezone could used over Alakazam. The team is aggressively inclined. Choicezone uses Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Hidden Power (Ice, Fire, Grass, lots of options), and Explosion. No other options, but can't go wrong with this set, except for Hidden Power, I suppose. If you want, it can use Rain Dance or Sub. DualScreens would be a great idea.
BTW, nice pictures.

Weezing probably shouldn't use Sludge Bomb, but if you laugh in the face of Heatran, that's probably not as big of a deal. Any Empoleon with Substitute probably will screw you over, however. And then some.
Anyways, you don't really need to use WOW if you got Haze. If you're interested, you can use Taunt, or do some Fire Blast + Thunderbolt combo to just Faint stuff like Scizor and Gyarados instead of only Burning them. But that's just one guy's opinion.

First, you never want to use a Pokemon that has imperfect EVs. It just makes it...less than perfect. I will always take a shiny Gyarados in a game for the coolness factor, but one with good EVs would best over it pretty much every time. EVs spewed all over the place is barely better than no EVs at all.
Rhyperior, I would rather max out HP (or Speed) and Attack, but if it's level 100, there's really no more bones about it. An alternative is to straight out max that Def.
Alakazam usually wants Grass Knot than Energy Ball (the same for Sceptile, to a lesser extent). Assuming no PokeSav/Shoddy, I really won't hold it against you. Still, maybe Trick over Shadow/Energy Ball? Would really screw things like Tyranitar or Blissey over. Shadow Ball's best synergy is with Focus Blast, though.
It's not that you're new that you're being dissed...it's that...you really are not abiding to the rules and taking suggestions seriously.
